Emailing Reports

I am wondering if there is a way to email a report that I have made and have access place the report in the body of the email instead of as an attachment. I have tried to send a report as an attachment but I am unable to figure this out. I have several other supervisors that have to send a daily report to our supervisor. This email is sent to their blackberry phone and they are unable to read attachments.

Well I just figured out how to send the report as an attachment but still unable to figure out how to send it in the body of the email.

you will not be able to email a report as the message body, nor as an attachment. You would have to save the report in RTF format first then attach it. Otherwise you would have to build up the message body as a text string.
