hi

how do i can embed my fonts in access 2007 ?

thanks

It should be a simple matter of changing the font in the form or report, then saving it.

You may run into a problem if you are using seldom utilized or non True Type fonts. If you run the database off more than one computer and the other computers do not have the fonts you selected installed, Access will use the next best match.

I generally stay with Tahoma for headings and Arial for data. These fonts are standard in MS Windows.

Nope - sorry that doesn't EMBED the fonts. In fact it is not possible to embed fonts in a form or report (unlike in Word).

Yo Statsman - That doesn't actually answer the question but does suggest a way to select only system fonts so that they will render close. It does not help if the user has some non-standard font which they like and wanted to display in the form or report. There isn't any way to do this except to install the font on each machine.
