Employee Schedule w/ Days Off

I already created an appointment database that only allows a certain amount of appointments a day. If you try to make an appointment on a day that is already full it will give a warning.

I am incorporating a days off feature that will allow the manager to pick days that a specific employee is off and now allow any appointments for that day. I am accomplishing this by setting the max appointments to 0 for that day.

I am going to create a subform that will be filled with any records for that employee on that day and that is how the form will know to change to max appointments.

I am currently having problems with repeated days off. She has an employee that does not work Sundays, Mondays, or Tuesdays. Is there any easy way to just select Monday and then have a record show everytime a monday is selected in the new appointments form?

If there is a better way to do this, or if there is a good example that would be appreciated as well.
