enabling controls based on radio buttons

I have a couple radio buttons on my form. Is it possible to enable or disable other fields on my form based on what the user has selected as an option?

I've done a search of the forum, but I don't think I found what I was looking for... just a lot of Code talk... Which I'm not too good at...
