Please help.
I have a Query with a Date field and Criteria: Between[Type the Start Date] And [Type the End Date]. This query generates a Report.

How do I ? >> In the Report's Header I want to display the Dates that the user typed in the query's parameter, example: Report Header will show: "Report for the period: 01/01/2004 to 02/15/2004".

Unbound text box in report header with this in it -

="Report for the period: " & [Type the Start Date] & " To " & [Type the End Date]

Make absolutely sure the wording between the square brackets is identical to the wording in the query or you'll be prompted for another parameter.

Thank you sir, exactly what i wanted. can i also do the following: ?

the parameter prompts for: "Type the START date (dd/mm/yyyy)" and same for END date. ok, so if the user types 04/06/2004 in the parameter, it apears in that "format" on the report header. but if the user types in the parameter 04 06 2004 (note spaces between d/m/y), then it apears like that on the report.

can i ? > in the parameter box (or any other way), force the user to type the date in a specific format (in my table the date field is set as "date" and also input mask dd/mm/yyyy)

Also, the Title Bar EPV box is "Enter Parameter Value"; can i change the Title Bar text of the EPV box ?

Use a form to input the dates where you can control the parameters. Keep the form open while the report is opening and change the textboxes data sources to the forms
