Enter Time Macro

Ok I'm quite new to this so apologies if this is something very basic... I'm trying to add a macro button to my form which enters the 'now' time in a field.
I can add the button and create the macro....but am gettin confused in the 'set value' bit
What do I need to add to the item and expression fields?

I currently have:

item: [Main Table]![Ingest End Time]
Expression: [Ingest End Time]=Now()

not workin though! help!

Would it not be easier to open the form in design mode then go to INSERT/DATE AND TIME. Then pick up the time from the form and place it in the table? Or in the query itself put a time stamp.
