Entering a field from a hidden form

Hopefully this will make sense... I am using A97. When my user logs in I have a form(Enter_Name)that prompts them to enter their name. Once they enter their name I have them click on a command button(cont). What I want is that form to remain open but be hidden, and have their name entered into the table from that form with each record they enter on the main-entry form. Also, I will be having multiple users on at the same time, will I have any conflicts with cross-over? Thanks for any help!!!

Not Necessary?

I have a routine I can give you that will get the computer's name and the name the user logged in under that can be used everytime an entry is made. That way you can track when they logged in, off, etc too.
