Entering memo field in overwrite mode instead of insert mode.

I have a memo field on a form that I want the user to be able to overwrite beginning where the cursor is placed. Is there a way to make that field not go into insert mode when it gets focus? In other words, there will be a set of instructions in the field with lines to be able to fill in for various items. When I click into the field, it automatically goes into insert mode and moves everything when I start typing. I would like for it to automatically go into overwrite mode.

push the INSERT key on your keypad when you click in the field and start typing.

That wouldn't be automatic.

well...i have no idea. google it. maybe someone else knows...

maybe a sendkeys option?
