Hello,

I am currently working on a database to store information regarding properties for an estate agent.
Would it be possible for someone to give my entity relationship diagram a look over and make sure that it will be ok? as I dont want to start to add data and work on the queries etc to find out that a relationship needs changeing at a later date and therefore have to re-enter my data and re-due my queries etc.

Thanks in advance,

Ben

IMHO, it is better to put in sample data into the tables. This will help you see if you have your data properly normalized. For someone that knows nothing abut your project (your fellow AWF memebers), it is hard to tell by just seeing field names if the fields are properly normalizing the data into the tables.

At first glance, I saw that you have multiple tables with people in it. People are People. They should all be in the same table!

TIP: Having the same field name in multiple tables that is not a foreign key field is usually a red flag to data normalization issues!
