Erron on Option Button

I created a form with an option group to select One Day or Multi Days. When the user clicks One Day a text box pops up asking for the date. When they select Multi Days two text boxes pop up asking for the start date and end date. This works fine on my computer but when I sent it to someone else when they clicked on any of the option buttons they receive an error message saying someing like "Can not reference memory 0x000006f4 memory could not be written". Does anyone know what this means. The option buttons are just unhiding text boxes or hiding them. I am using Access XP and the user I sent this to is using Access 2000.

The exact error message is "The instruction at 0x01290688 referenced memory at 0x000006f4. The memory could not be written.
