Error 3075

Hi guys, i am getting the attached error when running a form but it only appears on some pcs not others.

	AREATBL.AREA_DESC, 
	CDate(Format([HTRXTBL].[HTRX_TIMESTAMP],"dd/mm/yy hh:nn")) AS TIME_DATESTAMP, 
	Abs(Round([HTRXTBL]![HTRX_TRX_DATE]-[HTRXTBL]![HTRX_TIMESTAMP],0)) AS Days
FROM AREATBL, HTRXTBL
WHERE (((HTRXTBL.HTRX_AREA_NUMBER)=[AREATBL].[AREA_NUMBER]) 
AND ((AREATBL.AREA_NUMBER)=[Forms]![frmINVOICES]![comboAREA]) 
AND ((HTRXTBL.HTRX_REC_TYPE)="COMMIT")

Between [Forms]![frmINVOICES]![txtDATEFROM] And [Forms]![frmINVOICES]![txtDATETO]))
GROUP BY HTRXTBL.HTRX_TRX_DATE, 
	AREATBL.AREA_DESC, 
	CDate(Format([HTRXTBL].[HTRX_TIMESTAMP],"dd/mm/yy hh:nn")),

that is the query attached to that report.

The other problem is it occours on a few different reports but all using pretty much the same query.

Any ideas?
