Hi,
I am getting error 3161 "Could not decrypt file" when I try to link my database to a dbf file. The dbf file is created by SAP and has no password; I can view it excel just fine. Here are the details of the versions I am using:
Excel 2007
Access 2003
Does anybody know how to get around this?
