Error 3211 When i Preview Report

I have a table called tbl_Profile and two queries, one for the frm_Profile and one for a report. When i try to run the report i get error 3211 "The database engine could not lock table "tbl_Profile" because its already in use by another person or process." I am the only one using the database and i'm setting up the the last bit of info (i.e. Reports) before i split the database and setup security. Am i getting this error because the database has not been split yet? I can run the report if the form is not open. I've never run into this before and any assistance would be appreciated.

On the Data tab of the properties sheet for the form, what do you have "RecordLocks" set to?

I don't understand why a Report would be wanting to lock a table.
