Error help

I have a single form based on a query with three tables that is used to add records to these tables but when i get to the end of the form and try to move to the next record i get an error (document attached) that seems to point towards a relationship problem but i stumped with it.

Any help would be much appreciated

Sounds to me like you have included a table in your recordsource that should NOT be in that recordsource. Can you post your database so we can see?
