Error message-brake mode, help

Sometimes on my database when I press a command button or a hyperlink it gives me error message somewhat similar to this

'This action will start the code in brake mode'

It gives options YES Or NO. I click on No and it goes to its destination hyperlink. Not happen very often.

Any suggestions?

Brake Mode is an enhancement the engineers added to the Jet after the pilots kept complaining that it was running around out of control and crashing.
