I have this in a query so it will calculate ("=DateSerial(Year([FIRSTRENEWALDATE])+2,Month([FIRSTRENEWALDATE]),Day([FIRSTRENEWALDATE]))"
its there to calculate the dates for me so I know when to renew. The only problem is its an expression so if its null on the form I cant edit it, just shows and #Error message if its left null. What would be a better expression to use , this one gives calculates the dates correctly, all I have to do is put it in the Second renewal expression and add a 4 to the month then it tells me when the second renewal is due. The renewals have to be at the end of the month and every 2 yrs? But all that info is not put in at once you have to put it in when the final is done thats when the FIRSTRENEWALDATE is calculated. Can anyone help pls??

I tried using this but I'm still getting an error message can someone tell me if there is something wrong with

IIF(IsNull(Form!Field!Value);" ";(DateSerial(Year([FIRSTRENEWALDATE])+2,Month([FIRSTRENEWALDATE]),Day([FIRSTRENEWALDATE]))
