Error Message

I added one text field to my table underlying a form and now I cannot enter data to the form without an error message 3164 which states the control is locked. I click OK and then I can enter data as normal. I have locked nothing and looked at every possible thing I can think of and I cannot find the problem. Appreciate any help I can get.
