Error when Opening form

I am getting an error when I open a form. The error is telling me that the form is looking for a table that I deleted called "DAILY_SKPI_Update".

I will never add the table but I need to fins the reference to this table so that I can kill it. However, I can't find the reference. Is there anyway I can search the entire file(Forms, Tables, VBA, Queries etc...) for this comment?

Google a free utility called V-Tools, which has a deep search feature.

Yeah, I have done that and it pointed me to a form called "Quality Management"

I can't find a thing here..

Is there a way to trace an error?

....ahhhhh, I just for the "form Selector" it appears to be a Caption in here.
