Hi, I have been trying to import and append data from an excel file into access and keep getting the message "The connection for viewing your linked Microsoft excel spreadsheet was lost." I have tried several options including:
-saving the data in a new file
- checking to ensure that the field names have no spaces before them
I seem to be able to upload it when there only a few rows (eg, less than 1000). There are 50 fields in the data set. Is it that it is too large, or am I getting a bug or is the format of the data in it problematic or .....!
