Does anyone incorporate an "End user license agreement" or a "Software license agreement" in applications you develop and sell? I am thinking this is something needed and could be easily incorporated into a form viewable until the appropriate checkbox ("agreement YES" box) was checked.
My foremost reason for this is of course to protect my own....assets, and establish who owns the rights to the application. Thoughts?

Yes. And in the absence of any other info I recommend you do this.

It's also a good idea to incorporate a copyright notice everywhere you can fit it without being too ostentatious.

Thanks for the feedback... Not too much talk of EULA found on the forum... Glad to see others already incorporate it. And Yep, George, already use the copyright notice on the splash page. I've found many EULA examples....some a little too lengthy.. but good sources for a model to create my own.
