First, my disclaimer, I haven't seen this in person but am told it keeps happening. I created an Excel Add-In and it works really well. I then gave it to some colleagues and it worked/works really well. I then hear that when they have given to others they get an error stating it can't find the location of the file. When they originally install the file it works then the next day the Add-In shows up in the Temporary Internet Files folder. I know it sounds like someone has had too much to drink but I was wondering if there is some type of "phenomenon" causing this? It is only impacting a very small percentage of folks. To my knowledge they are using Windows XP and Excel 2003. Any insight or "try this" type stuff would be greatly appreciated!
