Excel tipps , finding the %

Hello all

I have a excel sheet to work what I need is this

Location 1 80000 houses , in those Houses lives 145 Men , in 46 are Women , i need to find the % for men and for women ? And when i collect the % they have to give me 100 % ?
Any ide is appreciated
