excel to access

i have a excel work book i need to convert to access as ihave no idea how to do this i will atch the excel sheet for you help and ideas i will be using a windows access

Open up Access

Create a Blank Database

Save it somewhere

Go to your Tables Object on the left side

Then go to File: Get External Data: Import and find your Excel file and it will take you through a wizard.
