Exclusive rights urgent problem

Anyone help?
I was happily building my database and then suddenly its saying i have not got exclusive rights and may not be able to save changes. Anyone help??

Was this on your private hard-drive or a network-shared drive?

Did you copy the database from another location where it might have been owned by someone else?

We had trouble when copying files to remember to reset the file ownership to be consistent with its context of surrounding files and folders.
