Export a form or report to a PDF file

I have a form that when I click on the print button it goes to a report. From there I can export out to snapshot or word. Most of my staff does not have snapshot but they all have adobe reader. I have no option to export file to adobe reader. Does anyone know how to add this option to Access. I do know some of our staff has that option but they cannot tell me how it was added.

Any help would be appreciated.

You can download CutePDF writer for free. It looks like a regular windows printer so you can print your report to that 'printer' and get a PDF file.
