Export Graphs

I've included a sample database with graphs included. I want a way to copy each graph into a separate slide in PowerPoint. For example: ID 1 has graphs "Platelets for ID 1" and "ANC for ID 1" these would either be copied as a chart object or picture into powerpoint. I hope someone can help me figure this out because I've been stuck for weeks.
