Export to Excel

After many discussions with the client on this database they would still like to see their final report exported into Excel.
My problem, I am only getting the date in the Excel sheet and not the rest of the report after using the office links and a macro that takes the report into word and then into Excel Any suggestions?

Can't you export your data from a query direct to Excel instead of the double handling via Word adn Excel

Are you using XP?

Top Center of the screen while in the report edit mode allows you to export to Word or Excell. Try it instead of file/save as etc.

So far I have not as of yet had any problems converting using that function.
