Exported data is not caculated in Excel

Hi all,
I have a database that exports some data to an Excel workbook which is generated from a template that contains some formulas. My problem is that when the data is exported the formulas don't recalculate the values entered until the data is entered manually which defeats the purpose of automation. I posted this issue in the Excel forum thinking that it might be an Excel problem but I'm beginning to think that it could have something to do with Access.
Am I wrong? Any ideas?

Yes, same one...Sorry but I thought to keep Access and Excel separate (some times it's the best thing to do to prevent headaches )

No probs George - I see your point - If you want to post it in an Excel and Access forum, it pays to refer to the other post - so people can see what has already been suggested.
