Exporting Access Table to Dbase file

Hello All, just a quick question regarding exporting an access table to a dbase file. I am able to successfully export a table to dbaseV format. However there is a field in this table that is set to property "Memo" within Access. This field however does not export to dbase properly and it is not allowing my data to transfer over when I set up a form based on this dbase table in Visual Basic 6. Anyone know of any fixes for this?

In dBase, a memo field is not in the .dbf file but in a seperate .dbt file.
