Exporting data to Excel

I want to create a macro in Access that will export an existing table into an Excel spreadsheet. The only catch is that I want the Access table to overwrite an existing "worksheet" in the Excel document, I do not want to overwrite the whole Excel file. Is there anyway to do this. Thanks for your help.

Create a link between the 2? Link the sheet into your db and do modifications you want through the db, the balance of your spreadsheet will remain as is.....
