Hi, Does anyone know if an Access form can be exported by email?

What I would like to be able to have is a one page form that I can make and send to people, they fill it out and send it back.

If you have Access 2007 and Outlook 2007 then easily YES. Otherwise....

I got Office 2002 pro and Access 2003. Is there a way to do it through those?

Not easily and not the way you're wanting. You can export an Excel worksheet and send it and have them return it and then you can import it.

I do not really need to import it. I just need to be able to create a form (with any program) and be able to get it back with the info the person put in it still there. I like the way you can make the access forms, that is what I would like mine to look like.

unfortunately there isn't really a way to do what you are asking for then via Access 2003. With the new A2K7 and Outlook 2K7 it has the ability to send a form (not formatted real pretty though) to accept input and then when they return it the data is automatically entered into the database.

As for sending a form to fill in the data, if you want it pretty then I think you may want to just use Excel or Word to create something to send out. Because a form can't be sent to email with the ability to fill in.

I tried Word but the problem was the user could hit the enter key and it would mess up the form (by making everything shift) I put a macro in that made the enter key work like a tab button. But other people could not open it because I did not have a signature to sign the document with to say it did not contain a virus from the macro. Do you know if there is a way to make the enter key stop messing up the word form?
