Exporting from Access to Outlook???

I have a really crazy question. I noticed that one of the Access sample databases (template for Service Calls) has the ability to create appointments for service techs. My question is can this appointment information be exported easily to Outlook.

Reason for the Question:

My company is currently using ACT to set appointments for our service techs. We are going to be going to Outlook soon. I'm in charge of creating a database to track appointments etc......

They want to know if we set the appointment in the Access database is there a way to have it automatically export the appointment to the Outlook calendar that we all share?????

This is a good one.... I hope someone know if it is possible.

If you are planning to use an Exchange Server, you can link an Exchange object (Calendar) into the database. Changes can then be made through Outlook or the database.

Just select Exchange as the type of file to link.
