Exporting reports to email

I need to export my reports (invoices) to rtf format or pdf then create seperate emails for each report with email subject title of [Address] [Suburb] [Supervisor]

I also need it to only create them but not send them, as I also need to attach photos and forms prior to sending them.

Is this possible to do in access?

It was so much easier when I could just run the saved export button & drop the 1 file into email

I have done a search and still have about 40 browser window tabs open to read through

I've got about 20 days b4 I need to start using my updated database and don't want to waste time reading.

I was mainly after an Yes/No reply, so I can search further

If it can't be done I'll just need to find another way to do it.

any hints to find relevant posts would be nice and appreciated thou

I did notice the similar threads on bottom already, only 1 had something useful there.

5am. hungry & screaming 4m/o youngest son needed attending to first, so I added it to another tab to read later.

I'm not too bad with searching forums, just time always goes quick & deadlines get closer & I've still got a lot of work to do on this revamped database.

I've been using computers since '77, seems like everything is getting more complex or is it just my IQ dropping with age.
