You're being pretty unspecific about what's going on and I can't tell if that's because you aren't getting the information or don't know how to. Please put a breakpoint on your line of code: Code: Set xlapp = New Excel.Application and step through the code line by line with "F8". Let us know exactly which line fails (i.e. F8 will not let you get past the line). Somebody will be better able to give you further troubleshooting steps (probably not a solution yet) once you've done these couple of things.
