This may be the simplest of questions, but here goes: I have an MS Access table that holds Employee Contact Information (Name, Phone #, Cell #, Email address ..... etc). That is all good. What I would like, however, is to be able to export this data out to pre-formatted (Headings Centered/Bold ... Grid Lines .... Font size set .... etc). I was using the 'Output To' in a Macro, but it keeps creating a new spreadsheet, and ridding the old one of it's formatting.
How do I link to a pre-formatted spreadsheet, and just re-populate the data when changes are made ?
