Have you tried importing the forms / tables etc into a new database?
Sometimes it's the only way to avoid any corruption artefacts

It is not corrupt, confirmed already.See previous post.

Final Nail in the Coffin.

Created a NEW db on another pc, nothing copied, pasted.
Same Design.
Same issue.
Final Post:

I don't recall ever mentioning that the db is corrupt.

There's most likely something wrong with your Office installations in the environment that you're currently in. Get a friend's laptop that has Office and re-create the db and form, and then also view your original db on there too. Make sure that your friend's laptop isn't one that is owned by the company/client you work for/with and that the Office installation is a completely different one.

I didn't say you did, another user suggested it. As mentioned, I created a new db on another pc with a different version of access and problem persist. Two versions of corrupt? NO! I have 5 different pc's. I could try this with all of them, but what would be the point? I''m done. Tried to make it work on 2 pc's that's enough.

Thanks everyone for the suggestions!

It's a PC that's on your network isn't it? I'm asking you to try it on a lone laptop, one that isn't connected to your network and one that wasn't installed using the same installation disc or installed within the same environment.

Anyway, it's your call.

Perhaps you should question the source of the installation discs. Again, get a friend's laptop and test it on theirs.

Upload the test db let me test it.

You're in luck because that's what I'm running at the moment ;) I'll have a look in a moment.

The attached is what I get. Perhaps you want me to reference a specific control/field on sfrmAbsence?

You mean I should go via frmEmployees? And should it be open in design view or form view?

Either open frmEmployees normally or in design mode. You can use frmtest to refer to sfrmAbsence

Yes I see it now. It looks like when it's 3 levels deep it stops working. I don't know if this is a limitation or just an accdb glitch. Do you have a 2003 version to test this on?

I can test it on another pc that has Ver 2000. I will get back with you.

Guess what? I loaded it onto a pc with Office xp and Access 2000 and it works just fine!
Go Figure,,,

Interesting! It might just be a bug in 2010. I tried it on another 2010 db and the same thing. Perhaps you can try it in 2007 and see the result.
