Expression Syntax

Textbox - txtBeginDate
Textbox - txtEndDate

Report - rptReceived

I would like a textbox on the report's page header to read:

Accounts Received Between xx/xx/xxxx and xx/xx/xxxx

I just can't seem to get the syntax exact.

I have:
"Accounts Received Between " [Forms]![frmABC]![txtBeginDate] " and " [Forms]![frmABC]![txtEndDate]

Is it close?
