Extracting data from Excel

Hi, I'm trying to get values from an Excel file by its row and column. The row and column column names don't change throughout different files, but their locations do, thus I cannot really search for them through their numbered/alphabetized location (D:8)...I can only search the values through the row and column names. Can someone please help? I'm not very good at this...
