Hi friends...A very warm hello to each and every members of this forum...Firstly i would like to say you that i am not good in Vba..and with your Kind help i hope to solve my problem i am facing with some issues in my work.

I have mails coming in in my outlook...which follows same pattern or format....so i guess there must be some way out by which i can extract the required data into an excel file...
I am in a work where i get large no of mails from amazon whenever an item is sold... So what i want that an Macro...that can search those mails and extract just ite comission value from its body against the market code...just i need two things... In column A market code and in Column B the comission. the market code follws format as Market code : - Xxxxxxxx

Amazon comission - : -$value

is there anyway out by which i can achive this..??
Also subject line always contains sold ship now ..please i will be very thankful to you if u could help me out in this matter....Actually what i do know is i search each order and match the comission manually....arount 500 each day....if this can be done than i can simply make a vlookup and do my work...I will be very grateful to you if u could help me in this regard..thanks.

I will be very Thankful...If you take some time to my problem and give some working solution.

assuming what you want to do.... Amazon has reports in open formats where you can extract a lot information (maybe it Helps......)

I am not sure I understand. Do you expect someone to make a dedicated solution for you, in return for gratitude? I suspect it could be a long wait. Also, why are you asking about data extaraction from Outlook to Excel in an Access forum?

Otherwise, have a crack at it yourself. You can get all support you need to do the work yourself here, for things Access. Or pay someone to do it. Or get en application like email2db.com to dump the data into an Access db, if the email format is suitable for that.

Oh yeah - "urgent" is a flag that you have comitted yourself beyond your depth or timescale, and does not get you any specific priority in a forum supported by volunteers :D

Dear friends..i am sorry if i posted in wrong section..actually i wasnt sure where to get help regarding this...I wanted an vba macro a code..which can allow me to do this...mails are in .pst. I dont have any knowledge about Ms access... If the required data can anyhow be extracted to either .csv or excel format..it could help me. Urgent wasnt meant to get an reply or solution easily just because i felt its urgent as of now to me so...anywayz if u cant help regarding this...its ok.

@joekra i am already into that process since long time..and that is of no help to me...only Genuine data which is of help is live mails..else i need to wait for 4-5 days to get accurate details..in a file..which is again a problem..because my all work is live.
