F11 Key

Hi All

After disabling the shift bypass key and removing the default menus the users are locked out from the design right? wrong we can hit the F11 Key and change the design they tell me and sure enough they can to a certain extent. Now they have mucked up all the counts on the report that's what they get for playing with things they know nothing about.

I didn't know about this F11 Key how can I stop this?

In the startup options, deselect Allow Access Special Keys (Under Advanced in A2k). Not sure what the equivalent us in A97 but I'm sure it is similar.

Thanks very much Fiz I have a2k so this is fine but they are using access 97 so when converted I will probably have to look at this again or will the conversition take this with it?
