I'm trying to put together a fax template for my database, formatted through a report.
I've got two main tables, customers and incidents with a one-to-many relationship. In the incident form, the user can press the button 'Send fax' and another fax form opens, drawing info from the customer and incident records currently open.
However, I want to be able to add text on an interim form before the report is run, and get the fax number automatically selected when the user selects the correct department from the a value list in a combo box. I'm not sure where to place these interim fields or how to pull in the telephone number value. Can anyone help please?
