Field Delimiter

I am trying to create a table that is from an excel spreadsheet. The spreadsheet has a list of projects in one cell (for example: 728ER18835 627ER15434 TR-1018351325). I have been adding a row and creating duplicate information in all the records except for the activity id and I was just wondering if there was a way that I could create a field delimiter after each project id. Any help would be wonderful.

Link the spreadsheet to the db and use it as a table. Or stick example up here for us to view!
