Field list not showing updates

I have updated some tables and stuff with new fields. I have updated the queries to have the new fields in them. Where I am building the report, the field list drop down menu does not show the new fields in the querie. How can I get this info to show so I can use it in m report?

The help files say to refresh the field list, but, I cannot figure out how. I do not have a refresh button.

Any ideas?

Seriously, If you have updated the query that feeds your report, the
new field(s) have to be there.

Where are you building your report from?
