Field not being populated in a Form

I have made a query on the following two tables:
MASTER 1 CUSTOMS
MASTER 2 ACPAYABLES

From the Query AC_PAYABLE INFO, I have created a form to populate some of the fields.

My question is: Why, if I can see an entry date for the rec. (ex. Rec. 110-1472750-3 and 112-0764483-5) in the results of the Query can't I see it in the form?

My tables are much too big to be uploaded and I don't have PDF.

Any suggestion will be greatly appreciated.

You have not given us enough information yet. Do you have the Nav Buttons turned on? Can you then move from record to record? Do You have a control on your form that has the field you described as its ControlSource? Do you see anything in the controls on your form?

In addition,
make sure the control is bound to the correct query field
Make sure that there is no form filter that is eliminating the record you are looking for

I wish to thank you for your quick reply. This is in fact part of the problem. I had a field in a table. I took the field built exactly the same in another table updated the fields in a query in the second table, joined in a one-to-one and created a relationship. My form was based on a simple query but the control was still bound to the former table, I don't know how this occured but I fixed the problem: created another form from scratch.

Sorry for the delay in replying to your questions, I was trying to fix/find what I did wrong. The answer I posted for P.Hartman explains how I fixed the problem. I wish to thank you for your quick reply.
