I have a Table Called Stock which has Stock Name and Stock Quantites so when you add to your stock you put in how many are in stock and also it allows you to update so you can do stock takes, what im wondering is it possible to add a price field to the stock and when I bring up Stock in Invoicing via a drop down menu can I get it to automaticaly bring up the price of that particular Item.

Do a search on this site for stock and inventory. This is a very common subject for database newbies, and it is very easy to get it wrong. Read all of the advice and then come back and ask about any specific problems you still have. One thing you should not be doing is holding a stock quantity and updating it.
