FileSystemObject to get Tag or Title Attribute of Excel files

Hi, Is there a way to read the following 02 properties of files? I am using FileSystemObject to browse for folder location and then Search for Excel files that have 'Tag = "MohsinDone"'. Any help to read the excel file tag property?

The folder may have 100's of Excel files and I am interested to read the tag property without opening the excel files, please see screenshot. https://goo.gl/1fB15g
