Filter a sfrm

Hi all, I have been racking my brains over this for the past few years and no matter how many posts I've seen on this, I cannot seem to get it right, so I've always worked around it. This this time, I really need this and still cannot get it to filter. I am trying to filter the category to add info to it.

Can someone help me out with this? I am not looking for anyone to do it for me, just need some good understandable guidance.

It is! The only thing I forgot to mention is that I'd like it to be updated and to be able accept additional material types.
