filter needed

hi,

I am trying to make a filter that will enable me to show only the records onn a form based on un checked field in the fomr (Completed) on the attached database.

can you help me do that. I have no idea how to do filters.

Create a query with the desired fields from you table. In the criteria for the completed field put "YES"
