Filter query by month and export

Hi can someone help me with this. Here is my Form, where I will choose the month(cmbMonth) to filter out the qryRequirements form

Is my criteria correct? because it is not working

Change combo settings:
Row Source: 01;January;02;February;03;March ........etc
Column Count: 2
Column Widths: 0cm;2.542cm
