Filter two tables

Hello I want to filter my form from two table sources, I have two fields on my main form called "Total Employees" & "Company type". I also have another "business sector" this is a multiple field and so I made another form for it called "ComBusSecFilter".

I am trying to find the records that have no data in them against that company, my filter so far is:

DoCmd.OpenForm "ComBusSecFilter"
Me.Filter = "TotEmployees Is Null AND CompanyType Is Null AND forms![ComBusSecFilter]!ComBusSec Is Null"
Me.FilterOn = True
DoCmd.Close acForm, "ComBusSecFilter"
But this don't work

can anyone help me?
